He/Him

Hello!  Want to know more about me?  I am happily married, and my spouse (Emily) and I have two children ages (nearly) 8 and 5.

I've been a proud DC resident for more than 14 years and a resident of our great neighborhood since 2017.

I have worked in Information Technology, Information Security, and Project/Program Management at various federal government agencies for over 20 years.  I have a Masters in Public Administration from The George Washington University here in DC and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma.

On the rare occasions I'm not busy with the family I like to garden.  I previously practiced Aikido for many years and hope to again in the future (I can personally recommend a great dojo if you are interested).  I also like hats.

Both my parents are Episcopal priests and growing up they taught me to work in the service of others, seek to understand, and meet people where they are.  That's a big part of why I am trying to make our neighborhood better.

I believe in taking action, no matter how small, is incredibly meaningful and has significant impact.  Being your Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner since January 2023 has been one of the greatest honors of my life.  I hope you choose to let me continue!
